update

The painting is now beginning to come together concerning color relationships and technique.

Color Sketch

This is a color sketch of a new painting I will be working on. I am still working out the color scheme.

Aspens

This is a new original painting. I liked the contrast of the yellow aspen trees against the dark green background. Stream was added to create interest in the foreground and lead the viewers eye into the scene. This painting has been added to my Etsy shop.

Smoky Mountains
